Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy hosts matches in 3 different field locations- Old Westbury, Bethpage and Caumsett.

Yes! Polo is one of the great sports played on Long Island where you can bring the entire family and still be up close to the action. 

Our ticketed polo events are every Saturday from June 10th through September 23rd. 

Non-ticketed polo events are held at the Hickox Fields in Old Westbury and the Caumsett Polo Fields in Lloyd Harbor 2-4 times per week from June through September.. Please check our website for the most up to date match schedule and field location.

Polo matches might be postponed if the field(s) are unsuitable in any way to ensure safe playing conditions for both the horses and players. Before heading out to any of our polo events, please be sure to check our website or call us to confirm the polo match is still scheduled to play at a Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy field location.

Tickets can be purchased online by visiting https://tickets.meadowbrookpoloclub.com/ or selecting “TICKETS” directly from our website. 

Please note tickets can only be purchased through the Meadow Brook Polo Club’s website OR onsite for our ticketed polo events at the MAIN TICKET BOOTH 1 hour before the match begins . Check schedule on our calendar page or ticketing page to ensure you have the MOST UP TO DATE MATCH TIME AND FIELD LOCATION . Matches last approximately 2 hours with entertainment before and after the match. 

There are different ticket options available including grandstand admission. For additional ticketing information, please go to “Tickets”!

Pick the date you want to attend on the top of the page, then purchase the ticket you desire. 

SEATING: Lawn Seating General Admission, Cabanas, Grandstands, Reserved Tailgates and the Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy’s VIP Tent allow for spectators to have a variety of ticket options to choose from for our Saturday polo matches.  

FOOD & BEVERAGES: Enjoy delicious catering and refreshing specialty drinks which are included with the purchase of a VIP Tent Ticket. For all other seating options, spectators are encouraged to bring their own food and drinks.

L.I.E:

Take the L.I.E. to exit 44 south to exit 8 (Powell Avenue). At top of ramp, turn left and the Bethpage State Park entrance is a short distance on the left.

Southern State Parkway:

Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 31, Bethpage Parkway, and take Bethpage Parkway to the end and go left out of the traffic circle. Look for entrance a short distance on the right.

By Train:

Tickets can be purchased at any LIRR ticket counter or ticket machine at any train station. Ask at the booth or look for the MTA getaways for Polo, Golf and Tennis at Bethpage State Park. Your ticket will take you to the Farmingdale train station where you can get a taxi which is included in the price. The taxi ride is round trip with the train for only $23.00. You should call the taxi cab (Long Island Yellow Cab) at 516-249-1212 after purchasing the tickets. Please be aware that multiple tickets/vouchers will print; LIRR RAIL tickets will print last. Be sure to take all ticket items upon completion of transaction. With these tickets, you will receive a coupon for 15% discount on lunch or dinner at Taste 99

If arriving at the Bethpage State Park by car, pass the Bethpage State Park ticket booth on your way into the park. New York State charges a $8.00 NYS Vehicle Use Entry Fee.

Note: This is not a Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy parking fee. The Main Ticket Booth will be your next entrance on your right where spectators can either purchase a ticket or verify their online ticket purchase with our ticketing staff.

If you hold a current Empire Pass, which you can purchase from NYS, you can enter the park for no additional cost.

TICKET POLICY

Match time, date, teams and team rosters are subject to change. Tickets are not subject to any refund or exchange and shall bear no cash value. A change in the event schedule (including time, date, tournament or weather) under any circumstance does not entitle ticket purchasers to a refund or exchange. Only if an event does not take place, solely at the discretion of MB Polo Management, will a ticket for that event be eligible for exchange under the terms of which constitute a “Rain Check”. Under the terms of a Rain Check, the ticket will be eligible for an exchange of a ticket of the same value for another match within 12 months of the originally scheduled event, subject to availability. In the event of a cancellation, Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy will publicly announce as soon as a decision is made (website + social media + email to ticket holders).
If no announcement has been made otherwise, the match is currently ON.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

The bearer recognizes that his/her attendance at the Event is voluntary and may result in personal injury or property damage. The bearer assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, including the sport of polo and all warm-ups, practices, and competitions associated with the event. In no event will Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities. This includes purchased catering.

SPECTATOR CODE OF CONDUCT

Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy would like all spectators to enjoy the fun and excitement of our polo events in a safe and comfortable environment. As the Spectator Code of Conduct ensures all spectators will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy staff, we ask all spectators attending our polo events to reciprocate this Code of Conduct. Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any spectator who violates the Code of Conduct. Any spectator who is in violation will be subject to immediate ejection without refund.

 

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy events with the condition that they must be kept on a leash at all times for the safety of the horses, players and spectators. Dogs are allowed in all seating areas APART from the VIP Tent where only registered service dogs are permitted.

In the event that a dog is misbehaving and/or disturbing the horses, players, and/or other spectators, Meadow Brook Polo Club & Academy staff are authorized to kindly and respectfully request the owner and dog to leave the premises. This will not entitle the ticket purchaser to a refund or exchange.
