Meadowbrook Polo Club is privately owned, with the following memberships available:

FULL PLAYING 
includes approx. 18 periods per week

HALF PLAYING
includes approx. 12 periods per week

TRAVEL TEAM 
includes approx. 18 periods per week

JUNIOR 
Available for players 18 years and younger. Fees cost 50% of FULL/HALF membership according to playing time.

SOCIAL 
(June - Oct). Includes personalized priority field-side parking; access to the members/VIP tent; gratis weekday beverages and snacks, as well as complimentary invites to Saturday Asados.  

Social members are encouraged to be creative, and host private field-side picnics, dinners and parties, while 
being able to indulge in the viewing of this exclusive sport.

For each game played, each team must provide two referee ponies for that game and an umpire for a game played by other teams.  Failure to do either of these will result in a charge of $150 per occurrence (i.e. $300 if neither ponies nor umpire are provided)

 2008 DUES AND FEES

 MEMBERSHIP DUES:
 Full Member (approx. 18 Periods per week)* $11,000
 Half Member (approx. 12 Periods per week)* $8,500
 Club Professionals: $3,000
 Must assist with club duties
 Stick & Ball Member $3,000
 Use of Old Westbury College stick-and-ball field only
 Junior Member (18 and under) and Beginner 50% of above
 rates
 *Includes $1,000 food and drink supplement covering a
 member’s pros, grooms and guests. 
 Members who have paid in full by March 31, 2008 will be
 entitled to the above rates. Otherwise, add $500 (per player)
 to the above amounts.
 Visiting Member (18 Periods per week): $4,000 per month
 Visiting members play in leagues and tournaments at member
 rates 
 Visiting Professionals (3 goals or higher) $1,000 per month

 LEAGUE &TOURNAMENT FEES (per player):

 Pro Pools $1,500 (members) $2,250 (non-members)

 STALLS: 
 $2,000 for the season, bare board, $4500 full board. Members  
 only. Discounts available for professionals. 

 All members & Club Professionals must be USPA 
 members  and complete the USPA rules test. All teaching 
 Professionals must provide Certificates of Insurance 
 acceptable to MPC. Players who are not current on their 
 obligations will not be permitted to use the Club facilities 
 until the situation is remedied
