Thank you for visiting the The Meadowbrook Polo Club website.
The Meadowbrook Polo Club, presented by Laffey Fine Homes,
prides itself on being the oldest polo clubs in the United States and
for having the most beautifully manicured polo fields in New York.
Established on Long Island in 1881, Meadowbrook provides first
class polo for players and spectators alike.
The 2012 summer polo season runs May through October and
includes competitive low/medium goal polo for beginners through
polo professional. Located in Old Westbury, just 24 miles (East) of
New York, players and social members gather Tuesdays,
Thursdays at 6pm and Saturdays starting at 10am to relax in
the comfortable atmosphere of polo ambience. We encourage
spectators to bring a picnic tailgate and join us complimentary.
(Charity events are the only time there is a fee to watch.) Realizing
the importance of giving back, Meadowbrook hosts 5 Charity Polo
Fundraisers for the following organizations: Suny Old Westbury
College, Help Argentina, Saddle Rock Ranch and Squadron A, The
Harriman Cup and Ronald McDonald House. (Details can be found
in the Events Tab.)
All polo is played on the beautifully manicured and historic Hickox
fields just off Whitney Lane and Polo Drive in Old Westbury, New
York.
You are invited to join us for all or part of your summer as a polo
team, individual player, spectator or a participant in the lesson
program. Thank you again for visiting the website of Meadowbrook
Polo Club who is presented, this 2012 summer season, by Laffey
Fine Homes. We look forward to seeing you at the polo field!
